Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
- Data entry in various platforms
- Must possess excellent customer service and phone skills as the position requires the ability to resolve Sales Support Rep related issues for external and internal escalations.
- Will be responsible for resolving the issues and/or providing necessary guidance in addressing and resolving the issue to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Must ensure professionalism among coworkers and customers, applying consistent disciplinary actions that align with Company’s policies and procedures.
- Strong attention to detail including data entry and analytics.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years' of relevant work experience
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
